Beef Rice Noodles Recipe

1. Cut the beef into small thin slices, add shredded ginger, light soy sauce, salt, corn flour and sesame oil.

9. Add the rice noodles into the pot next.

10. Next, add the celery and green onions. Since the rice noodles have been cooked beforehand, they do not need to be cooked for too long now. Just boil the soup again and add salt.

11. Put the rice noodles in a bowl, add the fried beef, roasted peanuts, sesame oil, and finally pour the soup on it. A bowl of nutritious rice noodles is ready to be served.
