The method of making red bean sushi is actually very simple, and you can make it yourself if you are willing.

1. Prepare the ingredients. Soak the red beans the night before and cook them in the morning.

2. The rice is steamed in the morning. This is ordinary rice. You can add some glutinous rice to increase the stickiness and taste of the rice. I use a ratio of rice to glutinous rice of 4:1. Let the steamed rice dry for a while and add some sushi vinegar or not, depending on personal taste. You can buy sushi vinegar or make it yourself.

3. Take out the seaweed and when the rice is warm, you can start cooking. Spread the rice on the seaweed, a small amount multiple times, a thin layer is enough, leave some space on the edge of the seaweed, don't cover it all, otherwise it will be easy to squeeze out when you roll it up

4. After spreading the rice, add the prepared cucumber strips, ham strips, and red beans.

5. Add some tomatoes or salad. This is not easy to squeeze-_-||

6. Roll and cut into sections, then place on a plate
