How to make mushroom soy sauce fried rice

Most people can’t cook, right? So, now let me teach you how to make mushroom and soy sauce fried rice.

1. Leave the cooked rice for about 30 minutes. The rice should be cooked with grains and not too soft. Steam the sausage until soft and cut into dices. Blanch the peas in boiling water for 1 minute until soft. Dice the mushrooms and leave some mushrooms and green onions uncut for fragrance.

2.1 Add the chopped mushrooms and stir-fry, then add the sausage pieces and continue cooking. When the aroma is full, add the rice and continue stir-frying.

3.2 Put a proper amount of oil in the pot (too much oil will make the rice grains shiny), put the uncooked mushrooms and green onions into the oil press, this is when the mushrooms and green onions are fragrant, take them out when they become dry (don't let them get mushy). Since my daughter doesn’t like chewing onions when eating, I squeezed out the onion flavor.

4. Add light soy sauce (depending on personal taste) and a little bit of oyster sauce and continue to stir-fry. Then add the blanched peas, beaten eggs and a little pepper, stir-fry for a while and serve.

5. Because sausage and light soy sauce are salty, don’t add any more salt. If you want a darker color, you can add a little dark soy sauce instead of oyster sauce.
