How to make electric pressure cooker cake

In today’s society, with so many food ordering apps available, how many people are willing to cook their own meals? Ordering food online is convenient, but in the long run, your health will disappear. So, throw away your laziness, get into the kitchen and start practicing. Maybe you still need to learn from me how to make an electric pressure cooker cake.

1.1 Process egg yolks: Crush the egg yolks, add one-third of white sugar, milk, 25g condensed milk, and vegetable oil, stir well, and the sugar will melt. Sift in flour and cornstarch. Be careful not to make circles when stirring, but turn it up and down, left and right.

2.2 Separate the egg yolk and egg white and put them into two large bowls without oil or water; add milk, four spoons of milk powder and 125ml of water. It is best to use liquid milk. I didn’t have any, so I used milk powder instead.

3.1 Beat until foamy and add the remaining half of the sugar.

4.2 Beat the egg whites. This is a strenuous job. It would be best if you have an electric egg beater. If not, a manual egg beater will also work, but it will be very tiring. If you don’t have a manual egg beater, you can use three or four chopsticks to beat the eggs separately. Beat until coarse bubbles appear, then add the remaining one third of sugar.

5. Beat until textured and add the remaining sugar.

6. Look, doesn’t it look like cream? It looks just fine. How far should we fight to get enough? Pick up a piece of egg white and pull it into a pointed triangle, and the tip of the triangle should remain upright and not bent. The basin is upright and will not slide.

7. Add half of the egg whites to the egg yolk paste, mix well, then add the other half and stir well. Be careful not to stir in circles when stirring, so as not to crush the egg white foam.

8. Press the Cake button. Take out after keeping warm. Insert a toothpick into the cake. The cake crumbs that come out are moist, and the toothpick is also moist. If you gently touch the surface of the cake, it is also moist and soft. If it has no shape, it is not done. You can gently turn the cake over and put it back in the pan to heat for 15 minutes. If the toothpick comes out dry, it means it's done. Just turn it upside down and enjoy the delicious meal! Let me show you one that needs to be processed. The finished picture is the one at the beginning.

It is not difficult to understand how to make an electric pressure cooker cake, but to make it well, it requires your patience and persistence. Of course, I believe that if you persevere, you will be able to create different delicious dishes.
