1.1 Mix a little flour with red yeast rice powder, add water and make a red dough for later use

Dissolve 2.23g yeast in 150g warm water, add to 300g flour, knead into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and ferment

3.1 Sprinkle a little flour on the chopping board, knead the dough repeatedly until the surface is smooth. After cutting the dough, it is smooth and free of bubbles.

4.2 The white dough ferments to 2-2.5 times its size and becomes honeycomb-like inside, which means it is fermented successfully.

5.1 Take the red dough and use a rolling pin to roll it into the thickness of dumpling wrappers.

6.2 Shape the dough into a long shape and cut into equal portions

7.12 Cut into strips about 1 cm wide

8.21 Cut the long strips into small triangles and rectangles

9. Use two fruit picks to gently pinch the middle of the rectangle to make a bow shape

10. Take a small dough, wrap it with custard, close the top downwards and shape it into an oval

11. After gluing the ears, apply some clean water to facilitate better adhesion.

12. Take some red dough, shape it into a small oval and stick it on

13. Use the end of the fruit pick to press two small holes to make a pig nose

14. Stick the black sesame seeds on and the cute little pig will be formed.

15. Use the same method to make a pig with a bow and glue on the eyes

16. Let the prepared piglets stand and continue to ferment for about 20 minutes to make them swell again

17. Steam the dish in cold water over high heat. After the water boils, turn to medium heat and steam for about 8 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for about 3 minutes before serving.
