1. Prepare the necessary materials

3. Wash and chop beans

5. Cut the green onion into small pieces and set aside

6. Soak dried mushrooms 4 hours in advance

15. Pour the prepared white rice into the pot and stir evenly.

16. Add appropriate amount of Lao Gan Ma bean paste, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and stir-fry for a while.

17. Serve on a plate
