1. Weigh and prepare all the required materials.

2. Put the egg white and yolk into a clean container without water or oil.

4. Add oil, milk, 15g powdered sugar and mix well.

6. Sift in the low-gluten flour and gently stir to make an egg yolk paste without small particles. Set aside.

7. Add 5 drops of lemon juice to the egg white and beat with a whisk at low speed to create foam.

8. Add 15g of powdered sugar and beat the egg white with a whisk at medium speed until the color turns white and the foam becomes fine.

9. Add 15g of powdered sugar again and continue to beat the egg liquid at medium speed until it becomes semi-solid.

10. Add the remaining 15g of powdered sugar, turn the whisk to the highest setting, and beat the egg white thoroughly. If you can pull out a sharp corner when you lift the whisk, it means the beating is successful. Set it aside for later use.

11. Take 25g egg yolk paste, sift in cocoa powder, add about one-fifth of the beaten egg white, stir up and down until evenly mixed, set aside.

12. Take 1/3 of the remaining beaten egg white and add it to the remaining egg yolk paste. Stir it up and down until it is evenly mixed. Then pour it back into the remaining beaten egg white and stir it up and down until it is evenly mixed.

13. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes, line the baking tray with baking paper, use a spoon to scoop the cocoa paste onto the baking tray in irregular shapes, and bake at 180℃ for 2 minutes to set.

14. Take out the baking tray, pour in the mixed batter, shake out the bubbles, and bake at 180℃ for 20 minutes.

15. Tear off the baking paper of the baked cake, put it on the baking net, and let it cool for later use.

16. Beat the cream with a whisk at medium to high speed.

17. Spread the whipped cream evenly on the cooled cake.

18. Put the cake on wax paper, roll it up with a rolling pin, and refrigerate for 1 hour.

19. Take out the cake roll after 18 hours, tear off the wax paper, what a cute cake roll!

20. Cut the cake roll evenly, it is so delicious~
