How to make braised noodles with soy sauce and beans

8. Cover the lid and simmer the noodles on medium heat. (If you like the noodles to be softer, you can simmer for a longer time over low heat)

9. You can lift the lid in the middle and use chopsticks to pick up the noodles to check the water situation. If you make it a lot, you can skip this step. When you hear a squeaking sound in the pot, the water is dry, and it is time to turn off the fire.

10. Sprinkle with minced garlic and a little sesame oil, and gently loosen the noodles with chopsticks.

11. Turn the bottom dish up so that the remaining soup can be evenly mixed with the noodles.

12. Serve on a plate and garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
