How to make sorghum flour steamed bread

If you don't cook at home, the house will inevitably feel a little lonely. If a couple doesn't even eat together every day, their relationship is more likely to have problems. 1. Soak the old yeast and add some flour to allow it to bubble and ferment.

2. Prepare sorghum flour.

3. Put white flour and sorghum flour together, then add the fermented old yeast dough, dissolve a little edible alkaline flour in warm water and pour it into a bowl, then knead all the ingredients into dough.

4. Cover the basin with a piece of cloth and press the edge of the pot. In winter, if there is floor heating at home, put the dough on the ground to rise.

5. The flour needs to rise for about two hours. Press the center of the flour. If it does not collapse, it is well risen.

6. Knead the dough, cut it into pieces and shape it slightly. Cut the steamed buns, cover them with a piece of cloth and let them stand for 20 minutes before steaming them. It takes 30 minutes to steam them in cold water.

7. The steamed buns are ready. It is delicious to eat some whole grain steamed buns occasionally.
