How to make spiced chicken liver (pressure cooker version)

1. Soak the chicken liver in cold water for 1-2 hours and wash it.

2. Add water to the pot, pour in the chicken liver, and boil the blood water

3. When the pot is boiled, a lot of blood foam will be produced. Skim off the blood foam and take it out about 2-3 minutes after the pot boils.

4. Rinse the chicken liver after taking it out

5. Slice the onion, ginger, garlic, and prepare the peppercorns.

6. Pour the chicken liver into the pressure cooker, add onion, ginger, garlic, pepper and star anise.

7. Add salt, sugar, five-spice powder, cooking wine, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce

8. Take out the pot and shake it a few times to color it evenly.

9. Cover the pressure cooker with the lid, plug in the power supply, select the time, 12 minutes, because I have an Adi pot, so I didn’t add water.

10. Time is up, release the gas and open the pot

11. Serve
