Magrete's approach

After a hard day at work, coming home is like eating the food you want and then having a good sleep. Magrete’s method is not very complicated. You just need to prepare fresh ingredients and follow the steps.

1. Boil the eggs in water! Rinse the shell with cold water for easier peeling. Separate the egg white from the yolk. You can keep the egg white.

2. Put the egg yolk into the bowl

4. Anchor Butter

5. Mix powdered sugar, butter and egg yolk.

6. Use a whisk to mix evenly until the sugar powder is fully mixed and slightly fluffy.

7. Sieve low flour and corn starch and mix

8. Slowly stir and mix ➕ low flour and corn starch. Mix well until there is no dry powder.

9. Take it out and rub it evenly.

10. Remove a part and rub it into long strips

11. Divide into small balls of uniform size. Roll into balls and place evenly on the baking tray.

12. Use thicker chopsticks to poke a hole in the middle! Don't insert it all the way in.

13. Squeeze blueberry jam into the hole. Don’t put too much.

14. Bake at 170°C (upper heat) and 150°C (lower heat) for 15 minutes. It will become soft and fluffy when it cools down.

15. Posing
