People can use rice wine to cook many dishes, so what can rice wine be used to cook? 1. Yellow wine drunken chicken Ingredients: 1 three-yellow chicken (cleaned chicken), salt, rice wine, pepper salt, green onion, ginger practice: 1. Remove the internal organs, nails and wing tips of the three-yellow chicken, wash and blanch it in water and cool it down; 2. Rice wine noodles Ingredients (2 servings): 300g dried vermicelli, 200g chicken breast slices, 3 cloves of minced garlic, 6 slices of shredded ginger (keep 1/4 raw), 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 bowl of rice wine (300ml), 2 bowls of water (600ml) 50g wolfberry, 2 chopped green vegetables (any kind), 1 chopped coriander practice: 1. Bring half a small pot of salted water to a boil over low heat. 2. When slightly hot, put in the rinsed noodles. 3. Stir the noodles lightly with wooden chopsticks. 4. When the water starts to bubble, remove the noodles from the water and place them in a cool place. 5. Place each in a large bowl. 6. Then pour sesame oil into a small steel pot and heat it. 7. Add minced garlic, shredded ginger and salt and stir-fry until golden brown. 8. Then pour in 2 bowls of water, add chicken breast slices and wolfberries and cook together. 9. Pour 1 bowl of rice wine into the boiling pot, add the green vegetable segments and cook for 5 minutes. 10. Turn off the engine. Pour the boiling soup and ingredients evenly into a large noodle bowl. 11. Add some shredded ginger and chopped coriander. Enjoy while hot and the wine aroma is released. 3. Black Fungus Stewed with Yellow Wine Ingredients: 100g dried black fungus, 4 eggs (fried and shredded), 4 fried bean sticks (shredded), 1 carrot (sliced thinly with an oblique knife), half a cabbage (shredded), 6-7 scallions (chopped), 1 small packet of glass noodles, cooking oil, 1 minced garlic (10 cloves), 6-7 slices of old ginger, salt, 300ml rice wine practice: 1. Soak black fungus in salt water until soft, wash and cut into small pieces and drain. 2. Soak the vermicelli in clean water until soft, cut into sections and drain. 3. Fry the egg slices in hot oil and cut into shreds for later use. 4. Add oil and stir-fry garlic, ginger and salt. 5. Pour in the black fungus cubes and stir-fry. 6. Pour a little rice wine and simmer for no more than 2 minutes, then add the carrot slices and stir-fry. 7. Then add in fried bean curd shreds/vermicelli segments and shredded cabbage and stir-fry evenly. 8. Add shredded fried egg and chopped green onion, then pour in the remaining rice wine and stir-fry. 9. When the assorted vegetables in the wok are absorbed and flavorful, turn off the heat and serve on a large round plate. |
