3.1. Preheat the pan and apply a thin layer of oil. After the oil is hot, pour a spoonful of batter into it and spread it into a pancake shape. When it is 80% cooked, that is, the glutinous rice pancake has just changed color. Add an appropriate amount of milk and applesauce. Roll up the pancake with a wooden spatula as shown in the picture (do not use chopsticks, as they will be damaged by chopsticks). Press the opening to ensure it sticks. After 30 seconds, turn it over and fry for 30 seconds.

4. Finished product picture. The filling in the middle can also be replaced with sauce-flavored chicken. Take a piece of drained chicken and cut it into small pieces. Cut three cloves of garlic into small pieces and mix them with the chicken. Pour a small amount of Haitian soybean sauce and stir well to make the filling. I also made this one. It tastes much better than the apple milk one.
