How to make fried vegetarian noodles

A good diet is directly related to our health. It is easy to eat out, but health cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, even if we have limited time, we might as well cook some simple dishes at home. Fried vegetarian noodles are very simple to make and can provide the body with a variety of necessary nutrients.

1. Prepare alkaline water surface.

2. Put appropriate amount of oil in the pan and heat until cooked.

3. Pour into a clean bowl.

4. Pour water into the pot and bring to a boil, then add the noodles and cook until they are 70% to 80% done.

5. Remove from the water and pour onto the prepared chopping board.

6. Pour a little cooked oil on the noodles.

7. Shake it with chopsticks and let it cool.

8. Prepare the ingredients shown in the picture. Add 1 bowl of cooled noodles and wash the carrots, cabbage and green onions.

9. Chop the green onion and grate the carrot into shreds (or cut into shreds with a knife).

10. Heat a little oil in the pan, add shredded carrots, bok choy and noodles and stir-fry.

11. Add light soy sauce, pepper and sugar and stir-fry.

12. Add salt and chopped green onion and stir well.

13. Serve on a plate and eat immediately.
