15. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees for 5 minutes, then adjust the upper and lower heat to 170 degrees, put the baking tray into the middle rack of the oven, and bake for about 20 minutes. Note: This depends on the actual conditions of various brands of ovens to control the temperature. If you find that the cake is evenly colored, you can poke it with a toothpick. When you pull it out, there is no wet surface on the toothpick, and the toothpick is still dry, then the cake is cooked. You can remember this time so that you can better control the heat next time.

Take out the baked cake dough from the oven, place it on the baking paper laid on the chopping board in advance, gently tear off the used baking paper, and take off the layer of baking skin on the bottom of the original cake dough to expose the fresh clean surface of the cake. Then turn it over and roll up the cake dough while it is hot, use your hand forward through the paper, stroke and push it. After rolling it up, temporarily wrap it with paper, open it after it cools down, trim the edges, cut it and serve it on a plate. You can also use a rolling pin to roll the paper when rolling the cake, with the paper moving backwards and the cake roll moving forward. This is the correct way to do it. I usually use my hands, haha! But I always operate through paper. Never touch the cake roll directly with your hands. Firstly, it is unhygienic, and secondly, the cake roll will be easily broken.
