How to make corn cakes

If you often go to restaurants for convenience and end up having gastrointestinal problems or diseases, it is not worth it. For the sake of our health, we'd better learn how to make some home-cooked dishes and cook them at home. Corn and multi-grain cakes are simple to make and most people can learn how to make them quickly.

1. Put the weighed materials into a bowl, dissolve the yeast powder in warm water, and knead the dough.

2. After kneading, let it rest for about half an hour (I put it in a basin of warm water to ferment, which is faster. You can adjust the time according to the situation)

3. Put the kneaded dough on the chopping board and sprinkle some flour

4. Roll out the dough to about 5 mm thick and use an egg frying machine to carve out the shape from one corner of the dough.

5. After each carving, knead the leftovers into a ball and continue to roll the dough and carve shapes until the remaining material is only enough to make one pancake.

6. For the last pancake, put the ingredients into the omelette maker and flatten them with your hands to avoid wasting ingredients.

7. Set aside to rest for about ten minutes. When you see the surface of the dough puffs up or becomes round, you can steam it. Use boiling water to steam over high heat, then turn to low heat, for about twenty minutes.
