How to make stuffed eggplant with sauce

1. Add appropriate amount of salt, cornstarch, pepper and soy sauce to the minced meat and mix well.

9. Add a little oil in the pan, put the fried eggplant in, add appropriate amount of water to cook the eggplant thoroughly, add appropriate amount of soy sauce to season, and sprinkle with chopped green and red peppers and onions. Finally, pour in the cornstarch water to thicken.

10. Serve.
