1. How to make ordinary omelette rice

Ingredients: 1 egg, 6 taels of fried rice, 1/4 teaspoon of cornstarch, some salt and 2 teaspoons of tomato sauce.

Ingredients: Special vegetable rice, egg skin, scallops, shrimps, celery, mushrooms, oyster sauce, XO sauce, cornstarch water, green beans.

1. Heat oil in a pan, fry scallops and shrimps over high heat until they are half cooked, then add celery, mushrooms, oyster sauce and XO sauce and cook until the sauce boils.

2. Slowly pour the cornstarch water into the pot in step 1 and thicken to make the sauce for XO sauce braised scallops and shrimps.

4. Walnut Pork Rib Omelette Rice

Ingredients: Special vegetable rice, egg skin, pork ribs, rib sauce, green beans.

1. The pork ribs are smoked with special walnut spices and then steamed and baked in the oven.

2. Pour the pork ribs made in step 1 with the rib sauce, and bake them in the oven for a while to make them taste better.

3. Then place the roasted and well-seasoned pork ribs next to the previously prepared omelette rice.

4. Put the special vegetable rice in a container, then turn it upside down on a plate to make it an oval shape, put the egg skin on it, then put the pork ribs prepared in step 3, and garnish with green beans.
