How to make seafood porridge

There are many ways to eat, but you must eat some healthy food. To be healthy, you need to cook it yourself. The raw seafood porridge introduced below is very suitable for making.

1. Prepare the ingredients. Wash the rice, soak it in water and put it in the refrigerator. After about 1 hour, take it out, pour the water all over it, drizzle in a little olive oil and mix well. Slice the fish, shell the shrimp, open the back and remove the yarn. Slice the soaked shiitake mushrooms and blanch the asparagus and cut into cubes.

2. Take a casserole, add half a pot of water, bring to a boil, put in the refrigerated white rice, cover with a lid and cook for 15 minutes.

3. Add fish fillet, shrimp, mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes.

After 4.5 minutes, sprinkle with a little salt to taste.

5. Turn off the heat, add salt to taste, and sprinkle in asparagus and shredded ginger.
