Danish Crispy Roast Pork Recipe

Danish Crispy Roast Pork Recipe

Cooking is not only an essential skill in life, but also a joy to do. In fact, the benefits of cooking are far more than these. Below, the editor will introduce to you the method of Danish crispy roast pork, so that you can also enjoy the fun of cooking.

1. Wash the pork and wipe dry

2.1 Then turn your left hand over, pinch the skin part, hold the thread ball with your right hand, and wrap the meat in circles like winding a wire, with a spacing of 1 cm.

3.2 Reserve 1.5 times the length of the pork strip at one end of the baking wire. Hold the wire with your left hand and press it on the lean center of the pork strip at either end. From here, hold the wire roll with your right hand, wrap it around the pork, cross it with the wire in your left hand, and tighten it.

4.12 Pull the line as tight as possible. This picture shows it wrapped.

5.21 Crush the salt, cloves, pepper and coriander seeds into a fine powder

6. Grind nutmeg into fine powder, one fifth of a nutmeg is enough

7. Mix spice salt with 2 tablespoons of cognac and spread evenly on the lean meat. Do not let the skin get on it, otherwise the spices will affect the color of the skin after roasting and turn it black.

8. Place the pork strips flat on a clean plate with the skin facing up. Wash your hands, rub cognac on the skin, sprinkle about a tablespoon of coarse sea salt on the skin, and press lightly with your hands to get as much salt as possible on the skin. This technique is very important. It uses the slow dissolution property of coarse salt to slowly extract moisture from the pig skin, making it more crispy after roasting. Place the pork strips on a plate, uncovered, and place in the refrigerator to marinate for 48 hours.

9. 6 hours before baking, place the pork on the grill and place it in a cool place for 6 hours to make the skin dryer.

10. Set the oven to upper and lower fire, preheat at 220 degrees for 20 minutes, put the pork strips in the oven, turn the fire to 180 degrees, and bake for about two hours. Every half hour, rotate the front and back of the pork strips. After all, it is a home oven, so the pork will be heated more evenly this way. When you see the surface of the pork skin is covered with fine bubbles and the color is golden, and the steel needle can easily insert into the middle part of the pig skin, it is done.

Danish crispy roast pork may be ordinary, but if you make it yourself, the taste will be extraordinary. If you want to experience your own "extraordinariness", you will definitely start doing it right away.
