Rosemary cheese bread recipe

1. First, mix high-gluten flour, low-gluten flour, salt, and fine sugar evenly; then add dry yeast and milk powder and mix evenly; then add water and mix the dough until it is elastic and can be pulled into an irregular thick film, then add softened butter and continue mixing until a uniform, thin film can be pulled out. The dough is ready and placed in a warm and humid place to rise for 1 hour.

2. After the basic proofing is completed, the dough becomes about 1.5 times larger than before; dip your finger into the flour and poke it into the center of the dough. When you pull your hand out, if the hole left does not rebound, it means that the fermentation is complete.

3. Divide the dough into 9 equal portions, each small dough is about 83g. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 15 minutes

4. After the dough is relaxed, flatten it and spread softened cream cheese in the middle.

5. Wrap it up like dumplings and seal it tightly

6. Turn it over and place it on a baking tray covered with a non-stick cloth in a warm and humid place for the final fermentation for 1 hour

7. Apply a layer of egg liquid on the fermented dough, then a layer of olive oil

8. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese powder evenly

9. Finally, sprinkle with dried rosemary, bake at 200 degrees, with both upper and lower fires on, in the middle and lower layers, for about 15 minutes, until the surface is golden brown
