The easiest way to braise pig's feet

Accessories: onion, ginger. Spices: pepper, tangerine peel, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves.

Seasoning: salt, rock sugar, cooking wine, soy sauce, cooking oil.

Production steps 1. Wash the pig's trotters thoroughly and cut them into 3 cm wide and 5 cm long pieces;

2. Put pepper, tangerine peel, star anise, cinnamon and bay leaves in gauze or a spice box to make a spice bag;

3. Cut the green onion into sections and the ginger into slices for later use;

4. Boil water in a pot. When the water boils, put the pig's trotters into the pot and rinse them off the floating foam for later use.

5. Prepare the base oil in the pan. When it is 50% hot, add the dehydrated pig's trotters and stir-fry until slightly oily.

6. Add onion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant;

7. After cooking soy sauce and cooking wine, add warm water until it is level with the ingredients;

8. Add the spice bag and cook over high heat;

9. Turn down the heat, cover and simmer for about 1 hour;

10. Add salt and rock sugar and continue to simmer until the pig's trotters are tender;

11. Remove the onion, ginger and spice bag and cook over high heat until the soup is thick.

Tips 1. Don't chop the pig's trotter too small, otherwise there will be bone residue and it will affect the beauty;

2. How to determine whether the pig's trotter is cooked: Use a chopstick to poke a thick part of the meat. If it penetrates easily, it is cooked.
