1. 350g high flour, 165ml nutritious rice paste, one egg, 40g sugar, 2.5g salt, 5g yeast, 25g vegetable oil (not in the photo)

3.21 My bread machine's dough kneading program takes 18 minutes each time, and I have to repeat it 3 times to make toast.
