How to make hand-pulled pancake rolls

1. Add a little salt to the flour and mix well.

2. Pour warm water little by little and use chopsticks to stir the flour into a cotton-like state.

3. Knead into a ball and let it rest for half an hour.

4. Knead the dough for a while and divide it into two doughs.

5. Roll the dough into a thin skin and apply a layer of oil on the surface.

6. Use a knife to cut the dough into strips and apply a layer of oil.

7. Gather the strips together.

8. Stretch it with your hands.

9. Roll up from one end.

10. Roll up the edge.

11. Use a rolling pin to gently roll the dough into a thinner skin, a little thinner than usual pancakes.

12. Apply some oil to the electric baking pan, put the dough in, and cover it with the lid.

13. Turn over every one or two minutes.

14. Make both sides golden brown, and do the same with the other one.

15. Fry the ham sausage in an electric baking pan.

16. Spread sauce on the pancake and put ham on it.

17. Add lettuce.

18. Just roll it up. I put a lot of things in it, so it became bulging like this.
