Caramel Banana Pound Cake Recipe

6.2 Add powdered sugar in portions. Beat in the powdered sugar and unsalted butter each time. (The purpose is not to dissolve the powdered sugar, but to make it finer and evenly distribute it to the unsalted butter) Add the powdered sugar in 4-5 times, and finally beat until the unsalted butter is fluffy.

7. Add caramel cream sauce and mix well

8. Put the bananas into a bowl and mash them into a paste with a rolling pin (do not do this step too early, otherwise the bananas will turn black)

9. Pour the banana puree into step 7 and mix well with a rubber spatula.

10. Add 1 sifted flour and a little salt, mix well with a rubber spatula

11. Divide 10 into two portions, add 2 roasted walnut pieces to one portion, and add heat-resistant chocolate chips to the other portion, and mix well with a rubber spatula.

12. Scoop into paper molds (about 70% full) and bake in preheated oven at 180℃ for about 20 minutes. Use a cake stick or bamboo skewer to pierce the center. If there is no sticky batter, it means it is done.

13. Place the cake on a cooling rack to cool after it is baked. It will taste better after 1 day.
