Ingredients

200g beef filling, some wonton wrappers, a handful of chives

Excipients

Salt, soy sauce, onion and ginger, 3 spoons of water, 1 spoon of starch, sesame oil, 1 teaspoon of chicken essence, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce

Step 1: Wash and dry the leeks, chop the green onion and ginger, add water to the beef filling and stir in one direction to allow the water to absorb into the meat, then add soy sauce and oyster sauce and mix well.

Step 2: Add salt and continue stirring in one direction. The meat filling is easy to stir after adding salt. Then add pepper to remove the fishy smell.

Step 3: Add half an egg yolk and a spoonful of starch and continue stirring in one direction. Then add the washed and dried chives

Step 4: Mix well, add sesame oil and mix well

Step 5: Finally, add a small spoonful of chicken essence and the beef filling is ready.

Step 6 Take a wonton wrapper and put in the appropriate amount of meat filling.

Step 7 Gently roll up one corner

Step 9: Roll up the two ends and pinch them tightly, and a small wonton is ready.

Step 10: Do the rest in order

Step 11 Pour water into the pot and bring it to a boil. After the water boils, add the wontons and use a spoon to push them along the edge of the pot. Cover and boil

Step 12: Boil for another five or six minutes.

Step 4 Pick up a wonton wrapper and place it in your hand. Use chopsticks to put a proper amount of filling in the middle of the wonton wrapper.

Step 5: Fold the wonton wrapper in half. Do not fold it evenly. Leave about one centimeter on the other side. Then pinch the two sides of the wonton wrapper tightly with your hands to prevent the wonton filling from leaking out.

Step 6: Hold the filling part upright with your hands

Step 7: Fold the two sides in half and pinch the wonton wrapper together with your hands.
