3. Cut the fish into slices about centimeters long and marinate with Shaoxing wine and a little salt and ginger. I forgot to take a picture of the pickling.

4. Cut the tofu into slices similar to the size of fish fillets.

5. Then place the fish slices and tofu on a plate. The middle part is a little low and some tofu is also placed on it.

6. Put the chopped pepper, garlic, ginger and green onion in a small bowl and set aside.

7. Dice the bell pepper and set aside.

8. Heat the oil in the wok, turn to low heat and add the ingredients in the bowl.

9. Stir-fry over low heat until it turns red and you can smell the aroma, then add soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar, add a little water, and stir-fry until thick, then turn off the heat.

10. Then pour the fried sauce into the fish, steam it for about 8 minutes and remove from the heat 2 minutes later.

11. Drain the excess juice.

12. Put the drained sauce into the pot and boil it, add a little steamed fish soy sauce and sesame oil, sprinkle a little wet starch until bubbles appear and turn off the heat.

13. Then pour the prepared sauce on the fish body.

14. To make it look better, I also sprinkled some diced bell peppers.
