How to cook chicken thighs with mushrooms

4. Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and cut into pieces.

5. Crush the garlic, cut the scallion whites and greens into sections, chop the dried red pepper, and chop the fermented black beans.

6. Pour oil into a wok, add scallion, garlic and fermented black beans, and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant.

7. Drain the marinated chicken legs and stir-fry them in a pan. .

8. Fry the chicken until it is golden brown, then pour in dark soy sauce and stir-fry until it is colored.

9. Add mushrooms and chopped dried red pepper and stir-fry evenly.

10. Add salt and sugar to season, pour in appropriate amount of boiling water, bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes.

11. Add bell pepper and stir-fry evenly.

12. Cook over high heat until the sauce thickens, sprinkle with green onions and mix well.
