1.1 Wash the rice and put it into a casserole, add appropriate amount of water, boil it over high heat and then simmer over medium-low heat.

2.2 Prepare the ingredients.

3. While the porridge is cooking, peel the loofah and cut it into small pieces.

4. Use a spoon to stir the rice in the pot from time to time to prevent it from sticking to the pot. Cook until the rice blooms and the rice soup becomes thick.

5. Add the cut loofah pieces.

6. After the loofah is cooked, add a little salt to enhance the flavor and it is ready to eat.
