Minced meat fried tofu recipe

6.2 Chop the green onion and ginger into pieces, and chop the garlic sprouts into small pieces for later use.

7. Add minced meat to the pot and stir-fry.

8. Add garlic sprouts and stir-fry until they change color, then add cooking wine.

9. Add soy sauce, sugar and salt to the pot, stir well, then add boiling water (add more if you like vegetable soup)

10. Then add the fried tofu cubes and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

11. Add chicken essence, pour in a little wet starch, and add sesame oil before serving.
