How to make fried buns

If we want to reduce the occurrence of diseases, we should not always eat out in restaurants. After all, restaurant dishes contain more seasonings and the ingredients may not be hygienic. Cooking by ourselves is relatively healthier. Fried steamed buns are simple to make and can help promote health.

1. 300 grams of flour, 3 grams of yeast powder, 10 grams of milk powder, and 10 grams of white sugar.

2. Pour in warm water below 30 degrees, stir while pouring, and use chopsticks to stir in the same direction until it becomes floc-like. Add the water little by little, don't add too much.

3. Knead into a smooth dough.

4. Cover the lid and let it ferment. There is a hole in the lid and plug it with a little bit of kneaded flour.

10. After steaming, wait until it cools down completely, put it in a plastic bag and freeze it in the refrigerator. It must be frozen hard.

11. After it is frozen, wait for the oil to boil and then fry it.

13. The steamed buns are perfect when eaten with some condensed milk.
