1. Prepare the ingredients.

12. Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and salt, and appropriate amount of white sugar to enhance the flavor.

13. Add shredded chili and stir-fry.

14. Turn off the heat when the sauce in the pot is almost half cooked.

15. Add coriander when serving.
