How to make leek, meat and mushroom buns

The method of making leek, meat and mushroom buns is relatively simple. Even if you are not a good cook, you don't have to worry about not being able to learn it.

1. I bought self-raising flour and did not use yeast. I just stirred it with warm water.

2. Knead into a smooth dough and let it rest for two hours.

3. Take it out and continue kneading to exhaust the air and make it into a smooth dough without honeycombs.
