How to make cabbage and pork dumplings

People who often go on business trips have no time to cook and can only eat out for dinner. Many people living in cities do not have time to cook. A simple and easy-to-make dish is the first choice for workers. Cabbage and pork dumplings are simple and easy to make. Just add soy sauce, chicken essence, salt and other seasonings before serving.

1. Add an egg to 300 grams of flour.

2. Gradually add warm water (about 150 ml) and stir with chopsticks until it becomes floc-like. Knead into dough. Cover with a damp cloth or plastic wrap and let rise for 20 minutes.

3. Juice half a carrot (weigh out 150 ml)

6. Chop the green onion and ginger.

7. Pour the pork belly filling into a bowl and add chopped green onion and ginger.

8. Add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce and sesame oil.

9. Use chopsticks to stir in one direction.

10. Slice the cabbage and then cut it into shreds so it will be easy to chop.

11. Add peanut oil to the chopped vegetable filling and mix it slightly. This will prevent the vegetable filling from producing juice.

12. Add the vegetable filling into the meat.

13. Mix well to make the filling.

14. Sprinkle dry flour on the kneading mat and knead the two doughs into round shapes.

15. Take half of the dough and roll it into a round shape.

16. Roll the carrot juice dough into long strips, and then place the white dough on top of the carrot juice dough.

17. Wrap the white dough tightly with the carrot juice dough, tighten the opening, and roll it into a long circle.

18. Cut into small pieces. With the cut side facing downwards, press the small piece of dough flat.

19. Use a rolling pin to roll it into thin slices that are thick in the middle and thin around the edges.

20. Now you can make dumplings. When wrapping, pinch it tightly so that the filling does not come out. (Everyone has their own way of making it, so I won’t go into detail. The main reason is that my dumplings are so ugly.)

21. Okay, a big plate of carrot juice bread dumplings is ready.

22. Boil a pot of water, add a little salt, then put in the dumplings. Bring it to a boil again and add a small bowl of cold water. Repeat 3 times. When the dumplings float to the surface, you can take them out.

23. The shape is not good, but the taste is good.

Although cabbage and pork dumplings are rich in vitamins, ladies who love beauty should not eat them too much every day. They should be alert to the occurrence of yin deficiency and excessive fire. They must eat healthily, exercise regularly, and supplement nutrients.
