How to make glutinous rice and mushroom Yuanzi

1. Soak glutinous rice in advance, wash and drain, soak mushrooms in advance, wash and stuff pork, wash green onions, 1 small piece of ginger, and eggs.

15. Let it cool for one minute after steaming (so that it will not stick when taken out).

16. Place on a plate and garnish with green onion leaves.
