Method

   Step 1

   Clean the bream and marinate it with scallions, ginger, cooking wine, and salt for ten minutes.

   Step 2

   Remove the head and tail of the fish, and cut along the back.

   Do not cut the fish belly in half. Place chopped chili peppers on top and steam for 15 minutes.

   Once cooked, arrange the fish on a plate as shown in the picture, drizzle with steamed fish soy sauce, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and pour hot oil over it.
