Five-grain porridge
A step 5 -step guide to making multigrain porridge, with pictures. The main ingredient is red beans, preferably those that are long-grained for better results.

Method
- 01
Step 1
For the main ingredient, it's better to use red beans that have a long grain-growing effect.

- 02
Step 2
Wash and soak in water overnight in the refrigerator.

- 03
Step 3
Just put the rice directly into the rice cooker, add the appropriate amount of water, and press the porridge button. No need to rinse the rice again; the soaking water contains vitamins. The best rice is freshly milled rice from the countryside. This retains all the nutrients; commercially available rice is processed and not as good.

Step 4
Two hours later, the porridge was cooked. The soup was very thick, and all the grains were cooked until soft. The kids loved it, and it's great to make it every few days. But you shouldn't drink it every day!

Step 5
For a baby's breakfast, a bowl of multigrain porridge, a few quail eggs, and some formula an hour later, that's all. Let's take action for our children's health!
