Step 1
Go to the market and buy a carrot. Ask the seller to peel it. Then go to the pork stall and ask the owner to mince the pork or lean meat together with the carrot. For corn, you can buy loose kernels. If not, buy fresh corn on the cob and cut some off yourself.

Step 2
When I got home, I cooked the corn kernels myself. Then I mixed the corn with minced pork, carrots, oil, salt, a generous amount of soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken bouillon, and a small bowl of water, and stirred it with chopsticks. It's best to put it in the refrigerator so the filling can absorb the seasonings and water. Finally, I wrapped the dumplings, placing them one by one, trying to prevent them from sticking together.

Step 3
Finally, the dumplings are cooked. You can boil them, fry them, or steam them, it's up to you. I usually just boil them.

- 04
Step 4
You can change the flavor as you like. You can use Chinese cabbage, mushrooms and lean meat, whatever you prefer.
