4. Cover the pie plate with the rolled dough, press it lightly with a knife to make it fit tightly against the pie plate, roll a rolling pin over the pie plate to cut off the excess dough, remove the excess dough, and the pie crust is ready.

5. Pour the banana filling into the pie plate and sprinkle a thick layer of peanuts (fried over low heat and crushed) on the surface of the pie.

6. It can be put into the oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
