Steamed Spare Ribs with Mushrooms and Glutinous Rice

1. After soaking the ribs to remove the blood, add ginger paste, salt, oyster sauce, sugar, and rice wine and marinate for 30 minutes (in hot summer weather, marinate in the refrigerator).

2. Soak the dried mushrooms, remove the stems and cut into thick strips, then mix with the marinated ribs.

6. Sprinkle chopped green onion after removing from heat.
