The cooking and salting time should not be too long, so as not to lose and destroy the nutrients that prevent and fight cancer. 3. When frying tomatoes, add sugar. It can vary from person to person. We eat it with our baby, so I added 3 spoons of sugar. Too little makes it sour easily. 4. You can use tomato sauce or not. I don’t think there is much juice when frying tomatoes.
