9. At this point, all sides of the tofu puffs are fried until crispy;

10. Pour the fried tofu bubbles into the sauce, stir-fry quickly until the tofu bubbles are evenly coated with the sauce and turn off the heat;

11. Use chopsticks to pick out the tofu bubbles one by one, place them in the middle of the plate with the meat filling facing up, then pour the remaining sauce in the pot on the tofu bubbles, sprinkle some green onions and cooked white sesame seeds for garnish. It has a strong aroma and is eaten while hot. It is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and tastes sweet and sour.
