1. Ingredients: large yellow croaker, scallion, ginger, cooking wine, fish sauce (I forgot to take a photo)

2. Remove the scales from the yellow croaker and clean it. Cut the ginger into thin strips and cut the green onion into sections.

3. Take a container and put in scallion, ginger, a little water, squeeze the scallion and ginger with your hands to bring out the flavor, add two tablespoons of cooking wine and fish sauce, one teaspoon of sugar, and stir evenly.

4. Pour the prepared sauce into the fish dish and marinate for half a day (turn it over from time to time to make both sides evenly marinated)

6. Remove marinade from marinated fish

7. Sprinkle a thin layer of cornstarch on both sides

8. Put a tablespoon of oil in the pot and fry on low heat

10. Serve
