Beef and Scallion Rolls

The increasing pressure at work makes many people unwilling to cook by themselves. Of course, it is also related to the difficulty of cooking. In fact, not all dishes require complicated processes. There are many delicious home-cooked dishes that are very simple to make, such as the recipe of beef and scallion rolls.

1. Pour 500g of flour into a bowl, add yeast, add appropriate amount of warm water and stir clockwise (add water slowly), and knead with your hands until the surface is smooth and not sticky. Cover with plastic wrap and ferment

2. While the dough is fermenting, chop the scallions, mince and dice the beef, add appropriate amount of salt, a small amount of ginger, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and a small amount of cornstarch to marinate for a while, add oil to the pan and stir-fry the beef. Finally, pour in the scallions when you are ready to serve and stir-fry together (do not stir-fry for too long to avoid overcooking the meat)

3. Continue to knead the fermented dough by hand for ten minutes, then divide it into several portions and start rolling it into dough sheets.

4. I didn’t brush the dough with oil directly because the fried beef contains oil.

5. Evenly add the fried beef on the rolled dough.

6. After placing it, start from one end and slowly roll it towards the other end.

7. After rolling, use a knife to evenly cut it into small pieces.

8. After cutting the flower rolls, press down from the middle of the small section with a chopstick to shape them.

9. Then put them in the steamer. Don't put them too close together, because they will stick together due to thermal expansion and contraction.

10. Steam for about 15-20 minutes before serving

11. After steaming, place on a plate.
