Abalone chicken soup recipe, delicious and nourishing

1. Abalone Chicken Soup

1 lean chicken, 1 tenderloin, 6 abalones, 2 slices of Jinhua ham, 8 mushrooms, 2-3 scallops, 1 handful of wolfberry, salt and rice wine as needed

1. Wash the chicken and lean meat, blanch them to remove the blood, and then remove them. Wash the dried mushrooms and wolfberries.

2. Bring the casserole to a boil over high heat, then add the whole chicken, lean meat, abalone, Jinhua ham slices, scallops, mushrooms, and wolfberries into the pot.

3. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer for 3 hours over low heat. (Boil for 3 hours and stew for 4 hours)

3. Bring the chicken soup, bitter melon and soybeans to a boil, add the previously squeezed juice and bitter melon juice, a little ginger juice and rice wine, season with salt, sugar and fish sauce, simmer over medium heat until the bitter melon is cooked, then add abalone and cook until done.
