1. Put high flour, yogurt, eggs, sugar and yeast in a bowl

3. Add butter and knead until a transparent film can be pulled out (knead in a bread machine, add butter after 20 minutes, and knead for another 10-20 minutes)

4. Ferment at room temperature until it is 2.5 times larger (it takes about 1 hour at 28 degrees)

5. Exhaust the air, divide into 4 portions, roll into balls, cover with plastic wrap and let sit for 15 minutes

6. Take one, roll it into an oval shape, roll it up, and put it into the mold

7. Carry out the final fermentation (the best fermentation environment: temperature 35-38 degrees, humidity 85%). Ferment until it is twice as large, take it out and brush it with egg liquid. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, middle layer, upper and lower fire, bake for 18-20 minutes (cover with tin foil if the color is too dark).
