Italian Hunter's Chicken Stew

Italian Hunter's Chicken Stew

People die for money and birds die for food. Although this saying has some truth to it, it is not entirely true in today's society, because many people die because of "food". Many people get sick and die because of unhealthy eating. In order to avoid dying in such a miserable way, follow me to learn how to make Italian hunter's chicken stew.

1. Remove the internal organs of the chicken and wash it.

2. Cut off the chicken's toenails.

3. Remove the tip of the chicken butt. Cut it off directly, some people like to cut it open and then wash it clean. I was too lazy to wash it so I just threw it away.

4. Turn the chicken breast upwards, cut a knife in the middle, and take out the tenderer chicken breast meat on both sides; then cut off the chicken wings and chicken legs.

5. You only need chicken breast, chicken wings, and chicken legs. The other meat can be used to make chicken soup or something like that.

6. Put the chicken breast, chicken wings and chicken legs on a plate, sprinkle with appropriate amount of salt and pepper, and then put them directly into the refrigerator for 20 minutes to evaporate some of the water, so you don’t need to wipe them dry with kitchen paper when frying. Save resources.

7. While the chicken is marinating, you can wash the mushrooms, cut the carrots and onions into small pieces, and cut the shiitake mushrooms into ear shapes.

8. Heat the pan over high heat, add a small amount of butter, add the mushrooms and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, then set aside.

9. Wipe the marinated chicken as dry as possible and carefully coat each piece with dry flour.

10. Heat the pan over high heat, add a small piece of butter, and after the butter melts, put the chicken legs, chicken breasts, and chicken wings into the pan and fry.

11. Fry until both sides turn golden brown. Remove chicken from heat and set aside.

12. Heat the pan, add a small amount of butter, and sauté chopped carrots and onions over high heat.

13. When you smell the onion aroma, add the fried chicken and olives.

14. Then add appropriate amount of white wine while on high heat, stir fry, then add appropriate amount of water, cover with lid and simmer for about 10 minutes.

15. Then add the fried mushrooms and simmer for another 3 minutes. Add appropriate amount of salt to season and serve.
