Protein Protein is mainly plant protein, with a daily supply of 0.8 to 1.0g per kilogram of standard body weight. In the acute phase, it is mainly composed of cereals, milk, and eggs; in the chronic phase, according to the condition, within the limit, some foods containing small or moderate amounts of purine, such as poultry, meat, and fish (cooked and the soup discarded); avoid all foods high in purine.
