Dried mushroom stewed potatoes

You can prepare dried shiitake mushrooms, soak them in warm water in advance, preferably for 12 hours, and then stir-fry them with potato cubes. Ingredients: 250g potatoes 75g mushrooms

3 tablespoons oil, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 0.5 tablespoons sugar, 0.5 tablespoons salt

How to cook mushrooms and potatoes

1. Ingredients: potatoes (washed and peeled), fresh mushrooms (washed)

2. Place the washed and peeled potatoes on a chopping board and cut them for later use.

3. Place the cleaned fresh mushrooms on the chopping board and cut them for later use.

4. Add 3 tablespoons of oil into the pan and heat it up, then add the chopped potatoes and stir-fry.

5. Then, add some water and bring to a boil.

Cooking Tips

1. Prepare the raw materials in advance, stir-fry the pork belly in a hot pan with cold oil, stir-fry the pork belly until it turns slightly yellow, and the fat is fried out, so that the roasted pork belly will not be greasy;

2. After the fat is removed from the pork belly, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, braised sauce (if you don’t have it, adding soy sauce is the same), water used to soak mushrooms (this is natural MSG, so don’t waste it), aniseed steel balls (to avoid affecting the finished product of the dish and to facilitate removal, put all the aniseed in the seasoning steel balls), seafood sauce (to enhance the flavor), and rock sugar (to enhance the color). After adding the seasoning, add a little more water to cover the raw materials. Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

3. Add the other ingredients: potato cubes and mushrooms, and cook for 15 minutes;

4. After cooking, add salt, pepper and other seasonings, then turn to high heat to reduce the sauce until it is cooked to your liking.
