How to make fried dough sticks and steamed egg

1. Cut the fried dough sticks into slices and beat the eggs carefully.

2.1 Beat the eggs evenly, add water from 4 and a half eggshells and appropriate amount of salt, and stir well.

3.2 Leave half the shell intact to measure water.

4. Place the fried dough sticks on a plate, pour in the egg liquid, and use a sieve to separate the egg liquid foam.

5. Stir it a few times on the plate to make the fried dough sticks more evenly distributed.

6. Put the hot water into the pot, the fire can not be too big, because the egg is small, easy to overcooked. For one egg and if the dish is big and the egg liquid level is not deep, it will take about 4-5 minutes. Sprinkle a few drops of sesame oil on it after removing from the heat. (Every stove and pot is different, the time I give is just a guide).
